What data we collect and for what purpose

We only collect the data you voluntarily provide through our contact forms: first name, last name, email, phone and the content of your message. We do not use your data for purposes other than those that motivated its submission.

    Legal basis for processing

We process your data based on your consent (when submitting a form) and our legitimate interest in responding to commercial inquiries and providing contracted services. When a contractual relationship exists, the basis will be performance of the contract.

  4. 04

    Cookies and analytics technologies

We use necessary cookies for the site to function and, only with your consent, analytics cookies (Google Analytics) to understand how the site is used and improve it. You can accept or reject optional cookies in the banner that appears on entry, and change your decision at any time. .

  5. 05

Who we share your data with

We do not sell or transfer your data to third parties for commercial purposes. We only share it with technology providers that help us operate (for example, email and hosting services such as Google Workspace and our hosting provider), who act as data processors under confidentiality agreements.

  6. 06

    International data transfer

Some of our providers (email, hosting, analytics) may be located outside Chile. In those cases, we ensure they offer adequate data protection guarantees, in line with Law 21.719 and international standards such as the European GDPR.

  7. 07

How long we keep your data

We keep your data only as long as necessary to fulfill the purpose for which it was collected, or while a commercial relationship exists. When it is no longer needed, we securely delete or anonymize it. You can request its deletion at any time.

  8. 08

    Your rights (ARCO+P)
