Overview

The challenge with the University of Seville’s Higher Technical School of Engineering (ETSI US) was to create a digital platform that would reflect its academic prestige, its wide range of educational programs, and its deep connection to the worlds of engineering and business. The goal was to develop a website that would not only serve as an information portal for prospective and current students but would also highlight its role as one of Spain’s largest higher education institutions in engineering and its commitment to innovation and technology transfer. We needed a functional and informative design that would do justice to the university’s history and its range of bachelor’s and master’s programs, while also being intuitive so that users could easily find information about services, research, and international opportunities. The result is a website that inspires academic excellence and effectively communicates ETSI’s robust offerings. Through a clear design and well-organized navigation, the portal highlights its services, academic programs, and research and development activities. The website’s structure clearly organizes information on undergraduate degrees (such as Aerospace, Industrial, and Civil Engineering), master’s and doctoral programs, as well as services provided by the registrar’s office, library, and international mobility office. We implemented a simple and intuitive navigation system that makes it easier for students, companies, and prospective students to find relevant information, improving the user experience from the very first click. The platform now perfectly reflects the essence of ETSI: a leading institution with more than 50 years of experience, committed to training highly qualified professionals, conducting cutting-edge research, and maintaining ongoing collaboration with the industrial sector.
