Overview

Marianne contacted us to see if we could help her with her project. She had a website that had been infected; unfortunately, she didn't have any backups or self-healing systems set up with her hosting provider, so all her work and time were lost. We made ourselves available to Marianne and gave her the highest priority. The first step was to migrate the site to a hosting provider that offered maximum security, and then to rebuild the site from scratch. This is a problem that’s much more common than we’d like, but in the end, Seraf’s site was back online in less than two weeks.
