Overview

The challenge with FENTESS was to create a digital platform that would reflect the professionalism and role of a national federation of technical health care workers. The goal was to develop a website that would not only serve as a communication channel for its members but also convey the union’s advocacy and commitment to defending the rights of those it represents. We needed a visually clear and professional design that would do justice to their history and, at the same time, be intuitive so that healthcare technicians could stay informed about negotiations, laws, and important announcements. The result is a website that inspires trust and makes it easy for members to access relevant information. Through a clean and organized interface, the visual design highlights the federation’s news, announcements, and achievements. The website’s structure clearly organizes areas of interest—history, vision, news—allowing members to understand the federation’s work and stay up to date on developments in their profession. We’ve implemented a simple and intuitive navigation system that streamlines document access and communication with the organization, enhancing the member experience from the very first click. The platform now perfectly reflects the essence of FENTESS: advocacy, activism, and a deep commitment to the well-being and professional development of healthcare technicians in Chile, making it easier for more employees to join and support its cause.
